Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, email, login credentials)
- All child profiles you created
- Chore assignments, completion history, and streaks
- Rewards and reward progress
- Parent PIN and family settings
- Any uploaded avatar images
Note: If other family members share the same family group, deleting your account will remove your access but will not delete the family's shared data if another parent remains on the account.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to hello@mywins.family from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- We will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
